SleepWarehouse Satisfaction Guarantee

Your purchase is covered by a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be received by SleepWarehouse within 30 days of the original delivery date, via prepaid shipping in brand new condition with no dirt, stains, hair, tears, or punctures.   Items received through promotional offers such as free pillows, must be returned with topper or mattress, otherwise customers account will be billed for the retail value of the promotional item(s).  Due to the personal nature of pillows and covers, only unopned/unused products may be returned.  Limit of one item return per customer per 12 month period.

 

Returns/Exchanges

To return a product, please email our Customer Support department for a return authorization (RA#) number.  RA#'s will be provided via email within 48hrs of customers request. Products returned without RA# will not be accepted by our returns department and will be returned to customer, at customers expense.  All returns must be received within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date to customer.  Any product returned after the 30 day period will not be eligible for return/credit.  Please plan accordingly in regards to needed time for packing and return shipping. Product must be delivered to Sleep Warehouse during normal business hours Mon - Fri. (receiving department not available on weekends).  Customers are responsible for all associated return shipping and packaging costs.  Sleep Warehouse is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during return shipment.  It is highly recommended to use a carrier that provides package insurance.  All returns must be packaged securely and wrapped in plastic to keep returning products clean.  Products must be in brand new condition, without hair, dirt/stains or tears.  All product is inspected once received by Sleep Warehouse and any product not in brand new condition will be returned to customer (at customers expense).

Any product received damaged due to shipping or packaging will be replaced by Sleep Warehouse at no cost to customer.  If customer denies replacement of damaged product, the order will be treated as a straight return and all return policies will apply.

 

Damaged Product

If your order is received damaged due to shipping or any other product issues, please contact Sleep Warehouse immediately (within 24 hrs), so we may resolve the situation quickly.  If your product is damaged due to shipping, please keep all associated packaging for reference.  Please fee free to email pictures of the product issue to us.  Any damaged product received due to shipping or packaging issues, will be replaced by Sleep Warehouse at no cost to customer.  If customer denies replacement of damaged product, the order will be treated as a straight return and all return policies will apply.

 

Order Cancellations

Customers who place an order and cancel or refuse product delivery after item has been processed and shipped by Sleep Warehouse will be responsible for all associated shipping costs and assessed a 20% restocking fee.

 

Product Pricing

Sleep Warehouse at it's discretion may change product pricing at any time.  The pricing shown on the specific product order pages are the most current and valid pricing structure.  Product pricing specials and/or discounts are only valid for new orders placed at the time of the promotion.  Prior customer purchases made before the specific promotions do not qualify for the promotional pricing/offers and cannot be refunded price differences.

 

Manufacturers Product Warranty

Many products presented on Sleep Warehouse have information relating to the manufacturer's written warranties so you may read the warranty before you purchase your product. If, however, the manufacturer's written warranty is not available on the product description page, please contact our Customer Support for additional information.

Memory Foam Toppers are covered by a (5) year manufacturers warranty.  These products will be replaced if it fails to perform for (5) years due to defective materials or poor workmanship. Body impressions which will form, if the product is functioning correctly, do not constitute a product failure for warranty purposes.  Products damaged due to improper mattress/foundation support, mishandling, cleaning and overall mistreatment will not be covered.  SleepWarehouse retains the right to inspect all returned products to evaluate product condition and has sole determination regarding if products will be replaced or pro rated credit be issued.  Customers will be liable for any return costs on warranty claims, not limited to shipping and packaging supplies.  Sleep Warehouse is not liable for returned products which are lost in shipment or damaged.
